Don’t Pick Flowers

If you love a flower, don’t pick it up. Because if you pick it up, it dies and ceases to be what you love. So if you love a flower, let it be. Love is not about possession. Love is about appreciation.” - OSHO
I started Don’t Pick Flowers podcast because, for too long, I let myself be picked. I let people take what was beautiful about me, contain it, define it, and shape it into something convenient for them. And every time I bent to fit, a little piece of me withered.
But true beauty - true authenticity - doesn’t belong in a vase, clipped and controlled. It belongs in the wild, growing on its own terms, untamed and free.
This podcast is about that freedom. It’s for those who are tired of being chosen only when they’re easy to handle. It’s for those who have felt the weight of expectation, the exhaustion of always being “palatable” and are ready to reclaim themselves fully.
Don’t Pick Flowers is a space for honesty, for deep conversation, for shedding the masks and stepping into your truest form - it’s about self-love that isn’t about being “desirable” to others but about deeply honoring who you are.
If you’ve ever felt like you were only loved when you made yourself small, this is your space to break free. Because real love - whether for yourself or from others - is not about possession. It’s about appreciation.
And we were never meant to be picked. We were meant to grow.
